Inspired by our own parenting journeys and the parenting journeys of the families we have supported we have created these empowering, holistic, workshops that cover all aspects of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, early parenting and planning for those unexpected curve balls.
We will guide you through pregnancy, birth and beyond, ensuring you feel confident, calm and ready for birth and life with a newborn!

How to have a beautiful hospital birth.
The stages of labour.
Pain Relief options & how to breathe in labour.
Robozzo, massage and active birthing techniques.
How to support and advocate for your partner.
How to create an epic birth map that plans for the unexpected.

Wrapping and settling your baby
Pelvic floor care and mental health care.
Caring for yourselves as a couple.
Valued at over $1400, we have every aspect of birth and postpartum sorted so you can sit back relax and walk away with the tools to have a beautiful birth regardless of what curveballs your thrown.
